Welcome to PROMPTEARN! By making a purchase through our platform, you (the “Buyer” or “User”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing a transaction.

PromptEarn is a robust affiliate marketing platform designed to facilitate seamless online sales for a wide range of both physical and digital products. Our platform connects Vendors with Buyers through an efficient affiliate system, enabling Vendors to expand their reach and boost sales.

At PromptEarn, we prioritise creating a user-friendly experience that benefits all parties involved. Vendors can easily list their products, and Affiliates can advertise those products for a commission through our affiliate programs, while Buyers enjoy access to a diverse array of offerings.

For every purchase made by Buyers through our platform, PromptEarn receives a commission from the Vendors, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship. This system not only incentivizes Vendors to promote their products effectively but also rewards Affiliates who drive sales. By leveraging our platform, Vendors can maximise the marketing efforts of affiliates and increase their revenue while Buyers gain access to quality products through trusted affiliates.

PURCHASE PROCESS

  • Buyers have the opportunity to browse a diverse selection of products listed on our platform, which can be purchased through designated affiliate links. The information presented in each product listing is provided by individual vendors and is verified to the best of our ability to ensure accuracy. When you place an order, you are explicitly confirming your intention to buy the product(s) specified within our platform. Following the successful processing of your payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order, indicating that it has been successfully completed.
  • To ensure the highest level of security, all payments are processed through PromptEarn's secure payment gateway. Our transactions are encrypted, safeguarding your personal and financial information throughout the purchasing process. Upon successful completion of your payment, you will promptly receive an order confirmation via email, providing you with details about your purchase.

DISCLAIMERS

  • After submitting your product, PromptEarn shall conduct a quality check to decide whether the Product submitted by the Vendor meets the required standards and list it on our website within 24 to 96 hours.
  • Please be aware that any products purchased through our platform are intended solely for personal use. Commercial use or resale of these products is prohibited.
  • All prices displayed on our platform are determined by the vendors and are subject to change at their discretion. PromptEarn does not assume liability for any pricing errors, inaccuracies, or discrepancies that may occur, and we recommend verifying prices before making a purchase.

REFUNDS POLICY

At PromptEarn, we are committed to providing our customers with a hassle-free shopping experience. To ensure your satisfaction, we have implemented a comprehensive Refund Policy. This policy includes a 7-day money-back guarantee on all products listed on our platform.

If you find that the product you purchased is not what was purchased, kindly provide reasons on how it failed to meet your expectation within 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund. To initiate the refund process, simply reach out to our customer service team with your order details, and they will guide you through the necessary steps.   • Furthermore, it is the sole responsibility of each Buyer to ensure the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, such as passwords and identification details. Buyers must take necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their accounts and are fully accountable for all actions taken through their accounts, including any potential breaches of security. If any suspicious activity is detected or if account credentials are compromised, please promptly notify PromptEarn’s support team.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

By using our platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. PromptEarn may share your information with Vendors as necessary to fulfil your orders. However, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your data is handled securely.


DISCLAIMER

  • PromptEarn offers Products on its platform “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • While we strive to maintain a high level of service, PromptEarn cannot guarantee that the platform will consistently operate without errors, interruptions, or the presence of harmful components such as viruses or malware. We acknowledge that issues may occur, and we are committed to promptly identifying and addressing any errors or technical difficulties to enhance the user experience.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptEarn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if PromptEarn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  • PromptEarn’s liability to the Buyer, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the specific transaction that gave rise to the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION

Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptEarn, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to the Buyer’s use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or any infringement of rights.


MODIFICATION OF TERMS

PromptEarn reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, provided that Buyers shall be notified of significant changes, and your continued use of the platform following such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


SEVERANCE

If any provision of this Terms and Conditions or part thereof shall be rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under any law, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be in any way affected or impaired thereby.


GOVERNING LAW

  • This Agreement shall in all respects be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with Nigerian Law, including all matters of construction, validity and performance.
  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
